        1. No purchase necessary. Questions can be found in the May 2008, edition of OK43 Round Up or obtained for free as described below. To enter, write your complete name, address and the four correct answers on an official entry form. Mail your entry to: OK43 Round Up Read and Win Contest, 444 East Britton Road., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73114. Enter as many times as you wish, but you must mail each entry separately. This offer begins April 24, 2008; all entries must be received by 5:00 p.m. on May 17, 2008, to be eligible for any prize. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage-due mail. No correspondence can be answered. Entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. For free official entry form(s), rules, clues and/or answers, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope no later than Saturday, May 17, 2008, to: OK43 Round Up Read and Win, N. Eastern Ave., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73131. One set of entries/answers per request.

        2. The random drawings will be conducted on or about Thursday, May 29, 2008. For an entry to be eligible for any prize, it must be received by the date specified in Rule #1, and all answers to the questions must be correct. The “OK43 Round Up” Backyard Overhaul drawings will be conducted from all correct entries received throughout the promotion. The random drawings will be conducted by KAUT-TV-DT, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of correctly answered entries received. Winners (and any traveling companions) will be notified by mail and required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity Release of Liability, releasing sponsors and all prize supplier companies from any liability for damages or personal injury in connection with the prize and consenting that sponsors and anyone they authorize may, without compensation, use winner’s name, photograph or other likeness, biographical information and statements concerning the sweepstakes or the sponsors for purposes of advertising and promotion. All documentation from winners and companions must be signed and returned within 14 days of date on notification letter, or an alternate winner may be selected.  Sponsors are not responsible for late, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify prize winners, to send or receive required documentation and/or to acknowledge winner’s receipt of notification. If any prize notification letter or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. No substitutions for prizes will be allowed except as KAUT-TV-DT may determine in its sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

        3. Prize includes $1500 of landscaping plants & trees from Fosters Nursery & Tree Farm at 7600 S. W. 1119th Street, Oklahoma City Oklahoma.73173.  Delivery & labor not included. State, local or federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Limit one prize per household.

        4. This offer is open to legal U.S. residents who reside in the state of Oklahoma and are 18 years of age and older with a valid picture ID. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received. Circulation of this offer is estimated at 200,000.
